The acrapulation.com GARAGE SALE is where we unload a lot of stuff we keep acrapulating.  Without this feature, I fear we would need to buy a few warehouses.  So you can really do a humanitarian service by helping us unload our acquisitions.  Check out the pics on line, and make us an offer.

Oh … before you go headlong into acrapulating the stuff we are decrapulating (See how useful the new terminology is?) our legal experts have a few things they like you to know.  Following legal tradition we offer them in small print.  I mean, if someone tells you to read the “fine print,” how you going to know what to read if we do not put in “fine print.”  So … we are not trying to hide anything.  Just making it easier to find.

1. The acrapulate.com sales floor will offer items for direct sale to the customer.

2. All items will be sold at the listed price, or best offer.

3. Prices do not include shipping and handling.

4. Acrapualate.com will provide shipping and handling services for small items at a fair market charge.

5. Buyers will be directly responsible for pick up of larger items, including shipping and any insurance.

6. To the extent possible, the condition of items for sale is as photographed and described.

7. Acrapulate.com cannot guarantee the precise age and provenance of any item. Our estimates of vintage, style and history may be based on informal evaluation or the opinion of the seller.  (This is our way of saying that we are not that smart, so do not base purchasing exclusively on the descriptions herein. If vintage, provenance and history are important to your purchase, you should seek professional advice or an expert appraisal.  If you believe an item is mistakenly described, acrapulate.com would appreciate you sharing your opinion.)

8. All purchases are final, unless you catch us at a good moment and we want the item back because we sold to too cheaply.

9. We are not libel for any damage incurred during shipping.
